Very good experience. My stay was more than great. Caterina and Manos (reception) are extremely helpful and kind. The room was clean, and the housekeeping was great. I felt everyone was commited to provide me an excellent stay. The location is great! a few blocks from the main street, a few blocks from a big supermarket, and a few blocks of the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommendable! And great value for money. PS: and I stayed like 20 days, not just one or two nights :-)

The lady from the reception was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We also loved our balcony! The location was also good, between the old town and the beach.

Pretty much everything. Spacey room, comfy bed, a nice little balcony and a great garden area with a brick bench that you can relax on. A very helpful host as well. It's placed in the middle of a tourist road and allows for access to a nice open pool across the road.

I had booked the pool balcony room and checked in with a friendly receptionist at10 30 am, by 10 40am I was in my room. The room was big, bling, very clean, and had a tv I could actually plug my laptop into and watch. You can't do this with the TVs at Real palace hotel that have a remote control that won't let you change to a HDMI slot, probably so you use less electricity or want to go to their bar. There was a well equipped, kitchenette with an oven/grill,hob,and a big fridge. Safe and air conditioner for no extra charge(unlike Real palace)no additional tourist tax charge(unlike Real palace)and as advertised, a huge balcony with lots of seating. The room is cleaned everyday, which I found impressive as I had just spent 6 days at Real palace without a single clean, Im ranting about Real Palace because they don't allow reviews on booking.com. I Really enjoyed staying at Le Palme and even booked an extra night to stay! Kind helpful and friendly and welcoming owners of Le Palme, truly great hosts! It is in a very good location close to shops and bus stops for Iraklio and other places and the accommodation is excellent for facilities and super clean, the WiFi works perfectly! I can highly recommend this place to stay and I would definitely stay again while I am in Crete because it is far superior accommodation to the places I have stayed while in Crete so far, Thank you!

The owner is very nice. Children are very welcome. The apartments are located next to the main pub/party road but facing to the backside towards acres and gardens. Therefore, upon arrival we were a little bit afraid that it would be too loud. But during off-season (May), it was not noisy at all. In high season, I could imagine, that it is a bit different. We were even provided a baby cod.

Excellent hotel in a strategic location close to the bus stop and the centre of Malia with restaurants and supermarket. The room is spacious, cosy and clean with a comfortable bed, balcony and kitchenette. I stayed at the hotel for a week and extended my stay for another fortnight because I liked everything so much. Many thanks to Katerina for her active help and quick response to all my requests. Everything was perfect!

I stayed for a month at Le Palme. The location is the ideal, a few minutes walk from the beach and on a safe main street, where you can find everything you need. My studio apartment was very spacious, bright, equipped with everything and overlooking the inner garden. Cleanliness and tidiness are impeccable, both in the room and in the entire facility. Katerina and the staff were extremely kind, helpful and good-hearted. There is a lot of attention to detail and to the well-being of the guests. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Crete!

The staff were very helpful and friendly and our room was cleaned everyday. Facilities such as air conditioning and kitchenette were good. Location was ideal for me and my friends as it was right on the strip

Super clean and comfy place, everthing looks really modern and stylish. The place has a small kitchen area and a mini-fridge. People are really sweet and helpful there. It has a great location, when you want to go clubs/restaurants/shopping. Old town is also close.
